Grand Junction, Colorado Criterium Series - 2011

• Who:  USA Cycling Athletes will be broken down into two categories each evening evening.
  •  Category B Race, Comprised of  Cat 4, Cat 5, Masters, Women's Collegiate.
  •  Category A Race, Comprised of Cat 1, 2, 3, Masters, Womens, Collegiate.
    
• What:  Criterium Road Race, .67 mile closed course FLAT loop.
  •  Category B Race, 35 min + 2 laps.
  •  Category A Race, 45 min + 3 laps.
    
• Where:  627 25 1/2 Rd, Grand Junction, Colorado, USA  Parking Provided by Rocky Mountain Orthopaedics.  (Look for the "A" on the map below).
  
• When:  Consecutive Wednesday Evenings; March 30, April 6, April 13, April 20.
  The following times listed are subject to last minute changes, please check back to verify.  All times listed are Mountain Standard Time.
  •  Onsite Registration Opens:  4:00 pm
  •  Category B Start Time:  05:30 pm
  •  Category A Start Time:  06:30 pm
    
• Why:  Blow the winter cobwebs out!
  
• How:  Pre-registration is STRONGLY suggested.  Grand Junction weather is fantastic this time of year, and we look forward to hosting athletes from our neighboring mountain communities that have not thawed out yet.  Each field will be capped at 100 riders.

  • Head on down and register at LTR Sports - 2470 F Road, #3, Grand Junction, Colorado  81505.  You can register here until 2pm the day of the event.  Best part is, you only pay $25! (all other licensing rules apply).
  • Onsite Day of Registration.  Show up early, fields will be capped at 100 riders!
  • Volunteer!  You can follow this link to register to become a volunteer!  We need your help, please volunteer.
    
• Cost:
  • $25 per race online registration, or $30 for onsite registration.
  • College students with their college ID IN HAND pay $10 for onsite registration.
• All athletes must have a valid USA Cycling license IN HAND the day of the race.  A one day or annual license will be available for purchase on-site for an additional $10 / $60 respectively.  You may visit USACycling.org to purchase an annual racing license in advance.  Note:  Your license must be IN-HAND, the day of the race, no exceptions will be made!
  
• Refund Policy:  There is not one as there is never a reason for a refund.  These are the rules.
